Our all-natural bath bombs are here to enhance self-care and promote an all-around great bath experience. Bath bombs have been known to help hydrate skin, relax sore muscles, and reduce inflammation, all while leaving behind a fresh aroma! We believe in quality which is why our handmade bath bombs are made with no artificial colorants or synthetic ingredients.
Who is Bombton Bath Bombs?
We are a small home based business located in the East Kootenays. Bringing you all natural handmade products. We inspire to build a better bathroom, by using all natural quality ingredients that are ethically sourced.
We started making all natural products for ourselves years ago but have continued to grow our hobby and share it with you!
Where did our wacky name come from? Being that my last name is Compton, & having fun, creative friends they had came up with the fun play on words BOMB-TON. Hence our name Bombton Bath Bombs, as bath bombs were our first ever product we came known for.
What Makes Our Bombs So Unique?
Essential Oils not Fragrance oils
Fragrance oils are man-made; Essential Oils are plant extracts used for scenting, or healing applications in aromatherapy. Fragrance oils are made from synthetic compounds that are drying and irritating to the skin, that can potentially cause serious health problems.
Arrowroot not Cornstarch
Arrowroot contains no GMO.
Organic Cold Pressed Carrier Oils Used
Carrier oils are a great choice for irritated skin because they can act as a skin barrier against toxins and germs that can cause infection. Carrier oils can often help to soothe, moisturize and soften irritated skin.
USP Epsom Salt
Medical grade to help ease the pain of our everyday aches and pains. Epsom salts are an old home remedy that have been known to help inflammation, reduce muscles soreness and help with insomnia. A lot of bath bomb makers don't like to put them in or many in, because they draw in moisture and can make bath bombs sink. We decided we would take the chance and have them sink for more salts.
Non-Toxic and Odorless Shrink Wrap
Less harmful to our environment then your standard shrink-wrap. Non-toxic and odorless.
Organic material vs mica colorant
We use colorants made from plants such as herbs, fruits and whatever we can source from around the Kootenays. Unlike mica powders which, can be synthetic which can potentially cause skin irritation. Not to mention mica mining is not all ethical and safe.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
We like to reduce our eco footprint by reusing materials, as well as choosing recyclable friendly options for packaging.
